Whitetail Estates is a 200 home community in Williamson County, Texas. We are almost exactly in between Round Rock, Georgetown, Leander, and Cedar Park, Texas. We are minutes from IH 35 and HWY 183 and 35 minutes from downtown Austin.
Whitetail Estates is known throughout the region for its beautiful homesites and abundant wildlife. Roadrunner, Whitetail deer, Owl, Cardinal, Wild Turkey are just a few of the species that grace our neighborhood.
We are conveniently located next to the 800 acre Williamson County Regional Park where our residents gain acccess to the largest complex of hike & bike trails and soccer fields in Central Texas.
Our community is just about the most ecletic bunch you could find. We have a working Observatory, Two 100+ foot radio towers, a two hole golf course, and a real pine forest. All of these are privately run and maintained by our neighbors.
