WACC Meeting
February 3, 2009
Committee members present: Larry Gensch, Craig Barrick, Tommi Larrison, Larry Whelan, and Arnie Wenz (alternate).
Guests: Jason Walker and John Larrison
1. Craig Barrick will be writing WACC operating rules with the assistance of all current WACC members.
2. Larry Whelan will find and contact a lawyer to assist in the enforcement of deed restrictions in Whitetail Estates.
3. Craig Barrick reported the ACC balance is currently $1637.87. A check for $197.94 was used in January for printing and mailing recent voluntary request for funds letter to all Whitetail property owners.
4. Larry Gensch plans to reserve a meeting room at the Williamson County Maintenance location the last week in February (tentatively February 26, 09) to host a meeting for all Whitetail residents. Possible discussion items will include: Land Management/Oak Wilt by a Forest Service Rep, status of the Whitetail Architectural Control Committee, and Frank Hanson will cover status of bringing public water to Whitetail. Signs will be posted at the entrances announcing time and place for the meeting. All are welcome -- please attend.
