WACC Meeting

Committee members present: Larry Gensch, Frank Hanson, Craig Barrick, Al Lutterman, Tommi Larrison (alt.), and Arne Wentz (alt.)

1. Water: A video clip of a media interview with Frank Hanson regarding lack of water availability in the subdivision has been received. Discussion with the City of Georgetown about running a line into Whitetail Subdivision indicated that the City of Georgetown might front 25% of the cost, but want assurance that 90 % of the homeowners would want to connect. They want to run a 12" main in order to feed the subdivision south of Whitetail in the future. Connections to the system can be grouped for competitive bidding resulting in savings to the homeowners. A spreadsheet developing the system cost (which would be that cost financed through the Water Control Improvement District) is currently in the works. Upon completion of the spreadsheet, WACC members will receive copies for review and comments.
2. Website: A website that is titled "Friends of Whitetail" is probably a blog and can be linked to our Whitetail website.
3. Violations: Letters acknowledging progress in addressing violations were reviewed and will be sent out in the mail.
4. Bank Account: The bank account is currently $1,911.81
