WACC Meeting
April 3, 2007
Committee members present: L. Whelan, C. Barrick, L. Gensch, and A. Lutterman
1. Letters have been mailed to two homeowners outlining the deed violations observed at their sites and requesting a written response in 30 days. The letters were sent registered mail on March 26, 2007.
2. Bill Durr will work with Craig Barrick on getting the checking account transferred over. Craig will assume duties of treasurer.
3. Larry Whelan's neighbor needs input on deed restrictions and septic system.
4. On the WACC website a link can and will be set up to the community sites. The chairperson for each site or committee will be responsible for keeping their page current.
