  • Discussion with guests centered mainly on lack of communication from WACC and enforcement of deed restrictions. "Just want no House trailers to move in".
  • A concern that there was no sense of community being fostered through meetings, newsletters, web postings, etc. What other committees were there? Why don't we hear from them?
  • Action Items: B. Durr asked to have the "Deed restrictions enforced" signs put back up. We agreed to do so as soon as they were available.
  • WACC committee to be five members with two alternates (non voting)
  • A. Wenz was voted an alternate.
  • B. Petrenick has resigned from the committee.
  • Copies of deed restrictions can be made available as email and/or hard copy.
  • Many of the people in the community have not furnished email addresses , a few do not use email. L. Whelan will try to reach as many as possible by internet. We can mail hard copy to those that we cant reach
  • All committees on the web site will be removed except for the WACC. Formation of new committees for specific activities, ie. neighbor hood watch, community activities etc. theses committees can post information on the website as approved.
  • The water committee is going to prepare a proposal to establish a limited WCID to engineer a system for Whitetail and get construction cost estimates. The proposal will be the subject of the next community meeting. The plan is to review this proposal at the next WACC meeting.
